We decided to let the Pb do an acid bath to resolve an issue we were having with our quartz plaster pool. So far the treatment has had a positive effect however since the acid bath a few weeks ago the CH has risen from around 250 to a stable 650. My total alkalinity has stabilized at around 80 and my PH is at 7.6. Water temp is 58, CYA is 30. We are still using liquid chlorine and have not added any salt to the pool for the SWG. FC is at 3. According to Pool Math my CSI is 0.08. Fill water has a CH of 275. Being my CSI is within target should I leave the CH alone or should I drain some out and replace?
Also I assume as our temps warm and the pool is used there will be a natural replace ment of water which would bring the CH number down. Is that a correct assumption?
Thanks
