Need help fast please

No worries, you're not the only green pool person on TFP.

Progress is often by immeasurable green to blue. Because any progression followed by maintenance, ends up in a crystal clear pool.

OMG I have to edit because I see people seeing a better pool as clear. To distinguish, a clear pool means you can read the side of a coin, in the deep end.

Sorry to disagree with you, but at this point I don't see the need for CC.

It's a green pool. FC is the number we concern ourselves about. CC is expected to be a little high. if not, the experts don't care.

CC lets us track the progress of what is going on in the water. It is only a few more drops after the FC test.

I hate to be the bad guy but if we're talking day after tomorrow (16th) there is no way that water is going to be clear. The only option IMO is to be prepared to dump it tomorrow afternoon.

I feel like with the fam involved, he's got a [very super clean and positive refill of all results) non-green party on Friday with the methods super prescribed.

Otherwise, drain and refill exponentially for those not of your own loins. And pocketbook.

I love running my CC test. If I run a FAS/DPD, I run the CC. I have soooo much reagents. the CC test is a mere moments of my life. If I was SLAM... we will deal with that later.

I promoted inadequate testing using "yep." That is wrong.

Cc is .5, fv at 13.5, cya 30. Pump is running nonstop and testing and adjusting on the hour. We can keep this up until party time. Cost to refill is about $200, probably have time if I tap the neighbors spigot and mine.

Newbie question - Why do you say more chlorine, when the chart says slam level is 12 for 30 CYA? Does going significantly above slam levels speed the process?

Fc at 18.5, cc .5 cya at 30. Not noticing much difference at this point. I'm pretty short on patience normally so this is killing me.
