15x26 Oval is not level after installed and water. Is there anyway this can be fixed WO draining it ?

Welcome to TFP.

We have no magic way to level thousands of pounds of water. You have to drain it and get the legs set on firm ground and blocks.

It has rained a lot, I’m hoping that I’m not looking at a tear down and redo?
I'm sorry but you need to drain this pool and tear it down and relevel it as soon as possible. Start to level at the low end and remove dirt from the high end. If you do not, you risk the lives of all those who use this pool and come near it, not to mention any property damage that may result in a catastrophic failure.

Ok, I’m just a diy’er so best get expert advice, but I see several issues here.

You say “settling”. Was the pool full and level at one point? If so, just leveling it out again may not solve the problem. You’ll need to evaluate your site carefully, compact the soil and add proper drainage.

The location of the skimmer, return and wall seam: it looks like the wall seam is between uprights on the straight side of the pool. I’ve helped install a couple oval pools and the instructions called for the wall seam to be placed behind an upright on a curved section. If this is the case, you’ll need a new liner.

These are important structural issues that compromise the safety of the pool and they need a closer look by an experienced eye.
