Cyanurates add to the TA so as the stabilizer dissolves, TA will increase slightly and change the amount of acid needed to lower pH. It’s not a huge difference so I would just assume that your CYA is fully dissolved, put that number in PoolMath and then work on lowering TA with acid additions and aeration. Depending on how much CYA you are trying to dissolve, it’s acidity will also hold the pH a little bit making the aeration cycle to increase pH a little longer.
