Polaris PB4-60

Hi everyone, just joined the forum today and am in need of a bit of assistance. I've had my pool for 5 years now, and 1 week ago my Polaris cleaner stopped moving. While the pool is running, and the Cleaner is turned on, there is zero pressure coming out of the pool wall inlet in which the cleaner is plugged into.
I've read many posts on this forum by folks that seem to have had the same/similar issue, have tried a fix, but no luck yet.
Basically the motor does 'run', the shaft spins with no problem, but no water is getting pushed to the pool cleaner, no water being pushed out of the wall inlet at all.

What I've tried so far;
-replaced capacitor on top of the motor
-removed front 'plate' to check for debris, there is none
-can spin the shaft freely when the motor is off

I attached a few pics that might be helpful, and am happy to post any more if needed.

Probably going to need to check the impeller.
Thanks James, I️ will check that. While doing a bit more tinkering this morning, i have discovered there is zero water going to the booster pump. The pool is ‘on’, the cleaner is ‘on’, so the booster pump is running, verified shaft is spinning, however when I️ remove pipe from the front,inlet,of the pump, no water. My setup has pipe from filter to heater, and then heater eventually to booster pump. I’ve also noticed that my 2 floor jets that are on the tanning ledge of the pool are not shooting water either. What i don’t know is what provides pressure to these jets. I replaces the top capacitor on the pump, nothing has changed. It doesn’t run and then shut off like I’ve read in other posts, it will continue running for the entire schedule, 6 hours i believe, so I’m guessing the capacitor was fine. What should i be checking for no water being delivered to the pump?
thanks again!

Ok, it looks like you have a pool and spa. If that's the case, I suspect that the valves might be set where the booster doesn't get water.

Can you post pictures of the whole system?
