Dog in pool ok?

One of the things that inspired getting a pool was the $70.00 per week we a plunking down for swim therapy for our dog Milo who had a stroke two years ago. The pool at the therapist is an above ground dough boy salt water. The place we go sees four or five dogs per day for about 45 minutes each. They clean the pool with a small net between dogs to get out the floating hair/fur and run the filter for 8 hours. The pool has wide stairs that most dogs can manage. The only reoccuring problem seems to be dogs popping in the pool, but these dogs are usually recovering from surgery or serious mobility problems.

Our Lab lives in the pool, and she drinks out of it too. In fact, she refuses to drink out of anything else. Whenever we give her a bowl of water, she just tips it over, picks up the bowl and sets it in the pool to watch it float across like a boat, then runs to the other side and picks it back out of the pool. She will do this for hours on end. Anyway, I mentioned this to the vet, and she said it's nothing to worry about.
