Changed the circuit board, but the new one only cycles through AL0 to AL 5, I need AL 7 for my return jet cell. The board is correct, but currently shows a steady no flow light, and the timer has no effect.
Display won't go to AL 7 on new aquatrol pcb.

What part number board did you put in?
The Aquatrol RJ uses board GLXPCBTROLRJ
The Aquatrol HP uses board GLXPCBTROLHP
They are not interchangeable. The Aquatrol HP requires a flow switch. The Aquatrol RJ does not use a flow switch.

The board is the RJ not the HP, as I understand it the RJ should be able to go to AL7, I can currently only get to AL5.

That sounds like an Aquarite board not an Aquatrol board.
Does it look like this which is an Aquatrol HP board...
If you have the correct mainboard but AL-7 doesn't come up then you can rest assured the stored EEPROM data on it is corrupted. Either return the pcb or call in for a warranty if any.
