Glad I found this site because I am having the same problems with the LM2-24 resetting itself. I will make sure all lights are green in the evening but when I check in the morning only the amber is lit. I just pulled the back and disconnected the ribbon and reconnected. It appears it might work but I will wait until later in the day and see if it has held the setting. I could not find any reset buttons as stated in some of the posts. My cell is only 2yrs old so I don't think that is the problem. Thanks for all the suggestions.
