Yes! We have workers this morning. Gas line going in for the firepit. Bummed a bit since they have to tear up the side yard to do it. The only section of the yard that was "done" was for Eddie Vedder, the dog. Had to do it right away when me moved from Chicago to AZ this past July. :)

Gas Co was bringing the Dtich Witch to the back yard as I left for work yesterday. I thought; that will be a tight fit, but hey they know what there are doing.”

Well they hit the house busting up the stucco. I told the PB and sent him pics ASAP. Pretty frustrated with the lack of caring on the part of some of these subs. They won’t get that final payment until it’s repaied and entire rear of my house is painted to cover all the overspray.

Ill toss some some pics up later.

Rain, street resurfacing, ect... has cost us at least two weeks. BUT PB and tile guy showed up today to check things out. should have tile started this week. Gas Co comes back to back fill the approved gas line. Ed will be happy.

I am sure you probably have the same tile crew. They did really well once we cleared up the miscommunication. Good to hear everything is moving again.

and we decided to go with just one umbrella sleeve. they had one of the two wrong anyway, so no biggie to change.

they attempted to clean the fence wall from the overspray. looks ok. they did clean and paint some of the rear of the house as well. not sure if i am happy with that outcome yet. looks better, but still not new like it was. i think the wiring for the water feature got done this morning. still waiting for the tile guys to finish up across the street so they can start ours.

My skimmer was placed on the west end of the pool but I wish it were on the east end. Westerly prevailing winds in the afternoons always drives the surface debris to the east end where it slowly sinks or sticks to the tile at the waterline.

What’s the blue paint for? And that shouldn’t be your skimmer over by the pad, that’s probably your autofill?
its the autofill. moved because that area is actually "fake grass" so it would stand out like sore thumb. looks like we got the equipment wall and maybe pavers started today. :)
