ok,

I suggest that you go with two IntelliFlo pumps and dump the SuperFlo VS.

There is nothing wrong with the SuperFlo VS, but the IntelliFlo would be a better choice and in the future if the main pump failed you could move the water feature pump over and keep the pool running. Would cost a little more, but you will get better performance from the IntelliFlo and have a spare pump could be a life saver in the future.

If I were building a new pool today it would have the new IntelliCenter automation. Newer and better for just about the same cost as the older EasyTouch plus ScreenLogic. That said, I'm sure the older EasyTouch will work just fine.

Thanks

That is a very detailed list, and cool pictures.

A couple of things...

Pentair Easy Touch 8 PS w/ ScreenLogic Smart
@Jimrahbe already mentioned it, but will second his motion. Building a pool today with Pentair equipment should be done with the Intellicenter. I know it is hard to get, but if you are just going to get started, your builder should be able to get the right one before you need it. The price should be roughly the same, and already includes the "screen logic" add on you need with the easy touch. No reason to put in the older tech when the newest tech can be done for about the same cost and work.

Pentair IC40 Salt Cell Generator
Very excellent. And it is over 2x the volume of your pool so that should give you nice chlorine for a long time. Usually, Texas builders scoff at a SWCG, you found a rare one here, or pushed for it, but either way, you'll be very happy with it.

Pool Lights – (2) Pentair IntelliBrite Color 5g LED 26 Watt
Spa Light – (1) Pentair IntelliBrite Color 5g LED 26 Watt
So the Intellibrite line of lights are also Pentair's older model. Their newest light is the Microbrite, should last longer, and is very easy to replace when, not if, but when it is needed. All pool lights die at some point, but the Microbrite has a better reliability and would be a great fit.

Pool Maintenance Equipment:
1 – Telescopic pole
1 – 12” Deluxe Vacuum Head
1 – 50’ Deluxe Vacuum Hose
1 – Heavy Duty 18” Nylon Wall Brush
1 – Deluxe Deep Net Skimmer Net
1 – Water Test Strips
Every builder includes the "maintenance" tools, which are average at best, but the one thing you will want to dispose of quickly is those test strips. If you want to hang out here after your build and really learn and make your pool truly Trouble Free, that is the first thing to go. The pole, vacuum head, hose, etc. can get some use before you ultimately replace them with better, but not those stupid strips!

Sounds like your PB is trying to unload equipment in their warehouse. I've been talking to PB's in Houston and all of them pull from their warehouse kit, so indeed you will need to push to have certain model #'s.

As Jim already mentioned the Intelliflo pump would be best. However if availability is a problem the Whisperflo VST is an option too.

Also request that they add unions for both pumps to make replacement easier.
