We just built a pool and it was painted with Disbon Pool Epoxy. A few weeks later the gray paint is showing lots of stains some of which are quite bright yellow. There are also a few red stains. Is this from the hardener not being mixed correctly with the paint? Can you suggest any solutions? We haven’t put water in yet. But it rained a little and some rain got in. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't think you will see the stains once water is in the pool. I would not worry about it.
