I'm not positive, but I believe my liner is less than 10 years old. That said, there are areas in the shallow end that have wrinkles in there that are prominent, rough as you put your feet on them. Overall, the liner is in decent shape with no tears or major loose spots. Faded areas are minimal. Is there anything you folks can recommend for removing/diminishing the wrinkles? I was reading about using a plunger, but have not tried that yet.

At 10 years old i would leave it alone. You may be able to pull it to one side but it may also crack apart on the fold if you do. If you have an auto cleaner i would cut back on the use of it also.
Depends on the condition of the liner. Usually wrinkles like yours are caused by groundwater floating and stretching the liner then settles in wrinkles. Yiu would have to drain the pool down low to even chance fixing it and if its brittle it could tear. What's the back story with the pool? I'm guessing you are a newer owner of it
