Woohoo! Test kit arrived in Australia... results are in!

Only by purhasing from the USA!
I got one when I got the test kit. Fits really neatly in the 2006C box

Hence I don't get how the test was so off (if it was).

Could the fading endpoint have caused the tests to be off by 50ppm?
I have been going 2 drops past the initial fade before a total colour change, and thats on a 25ml / 10ppm per drop test

I reckon I could save around $18, which in itself isn't really that much, but considering the product is $55 that's over 30%.
I only have to do that a couple of times with various bits and pieces and it starts adding up to significant amounts.
It seems to be the average "Australia tax" on worldwide goods!

I had 2 high end German-made ovens, delivered airmail byFedEx from Europe in under a week, I paid all taxes, duties and insurance and the price including all that was STILL LESS THAN HALF what it would have been to have bought exactly the same things locally! The FedEx shipping accounted for 25% of the total cost as well.

I can't believe retailers make that much profit (and they swear vehemently that they don't), but somebody is making a killing somewhere along the line.

really?
the cheapest i can find on the internet is AUD33.00
if you save AUD18.00 that leaves you AUD4.00 for shipping

i somehow doubt that it's possible.

but that's exactly why we stopped supplying the kits, it's not viable at the prices people are willing to pay.
