The wiring from the pool lights has one black and one white wire for each light. The px100 only has 2 black wires one the low voltage side. What do I connect the white wires from the lights to in the px100 box?

If your PX100 looks like the pic below then the black/black wires are the 120V high voltage side and the low voltage light gets connected to the white/yellow if you have a long wire run and need 13V or white/black for 12v.
