My pool does not have automation and from what I've been reading its not recommended to trust the flow switch to shut swg off. So I'm going to install the intermatic T104 timer seeing how when the pump stops per schedule the swg is still active. Question is do I wire both the pump and the swg to the timer? If so is there a wiring diagram available? Thank you

The IntelliFlo should get constant AC power. So, you would wire it into the line (input) side of the timer.
The IC20's Power Center then gets wired into the load (output) side of the timer.
You need to make sure the Power Center is set up for 240 Volts AC.. Not sure if you are running 240 now or 120 Volts AC.

For a little more money you could automate the Intelliflo, IC20 and UltraTemp with the IntelliConnect from Pentair at $430. This would only involve the addition of low voltage wiring for each device.
