Hey guy just wondering if any one can help me. I just got a jandy variable pro series pump and I'm looking to wire my zodiac clear water to turn off when the pump stops. I look threw the manual for the pump and can't see anything. The manual says that some pumps will have a connection for external loads but mine doesn't. I also have a jandy jxi heater.

The solution that most of our members, without automation, use is to set a schedule in the pump's control panel and then use a standard pool timer to control the SWCG..
So for example... Set your pump to run from 7 am until 7 pm.. Set the timer for your SWCG to run from 8 am until 6 pm. This gives you some margin for error.
The downside is that it is up to you to keep the two clocks in sync.
