Why is the SAMPLE SIZER measuring tool only good for the Taylor tube?

Not to overstate what the sample sizer is, but this thing is a real peace of work. A finely honed piece of solid aluminum. Feels like it was designed by a German engineer who was married to an Italian engineer.

And it is properly anodized!!! Which means it has a hardened oxide coating that is impregnated with an inorganic blue dye. It's well made.

Finally decided to order one of these Taylor sample sizers and a spare Taylor 10-25 mL sample tube (PN 6198 I believe).
