Can’t figure out what these are. They grow on the sides and are white and a pain to scrub off. Kinda squishy lol.

Possibly White water mold.
It is a fungus that forms biofilms to protect itself.
Time for slam level fc FC/CYA Levels
& an Ahhsome purge then drain & refill.

How are u currently sanitizing this spa?
Is it a standalone tub or is it connected to your pool plumbing?
Do you have any current water test results from a Taylor k2006 or Tf100/pro?

Currently sanitizing with Spaguard has a bromine floater in it but never registers any sanitizer so ma manually dosing it. It’s on standalone plumbing. New filters according to test strips it all reads on point but I’ll get water tested to double check.

These two comments, test strips and pool store testing are the root of your issues.
You need to own and use a proper test kit, in order to test at home as often as need with accurate and repeatable results. Any other approach will fall short. Lots of folks here know this from experience.
