I noticed tonight when I was stirring up the bottom of the pool with my feet there were numerous small white flakes every where. It sorta looked like dandruff, but bigger. I did add 10 oz of stabilizer yesterday to my skimmer. Not sure if this is the result?

Also, pool was built in June '19. I brushed it for probably about 3 months religiously. Today I decided to take the brush to the walls again. WOW, dust galore!!!!! Entire pool got cloudy quick. Walls never felt smooth like they once did when it was built. It has a somewhat sand paper feel to it. Do I need to continue the brushing routine? If so, for how much longer or what intervals?

Lastly..... I noticed alot of small particle just floating everywhere in the water. They weren't sinking or floating to the top to be skimmed. Would a clarifier help me out with this?

Put your data into PoolMath and see what the CSI is. With a SWCG you want it to be below 0.
Your stabilizer cannot be 7. You need the water temperature too.

Sounds good. Still sounds like calcium. I suspect the CH may be off if you are using the ColorQ. It is known to be not the most accurate test for CH.

I would suggest lowering your TA to 70 and see if the flakes subside.

About a month ago my TA was 110. Ive prob dumped 1.5 gallons of acid since then (40-50 Oz) here and there then aerate to bring ph back up. Do I continue this process until TA is lower?

If you drop your pH to 7.4 each time it reaches 7.8 your TA will drop. Or to do it quicker, follow what you described.

I suspect your fill water is higher in TA.

Here are some pics. They turn to mush as soon as you touch them.
I ran pump all night and put my robot in this morning and this is what I have now.

Calcium.

They are being shed by your SWCG. Do they pile up just below the return(s)?

Lower your TA to 70. I have to keep mine at that level or I get the same flakes.

Shed?

I have no build up on my chlorinator.
I have not noticed them piled up in anyone area. whenever you walk in the pool and stir the bottom up this is what I see.

So I can continue with 40oz of acid and aerate to bring ph back up?
What’s a safe level to bring my pH down to? is it possible to do this in one shot or do I have to make several attempts at it?

The SWCG switches polarity every so many minutes/hours. When it does, if there is a build up of calcium on the plates it is 'shed' from the plates and out the returns.

Lower your pH to 7.2 and aerate until it reaches 7.6. Use Poolmath to determine acid amounts. Keep repeating until you test a TA of 70 or so. Then let your pH rise to 7.8 and lower to 7.4. That should keep the TA from your fill water in control.

Finally found the Go Pro.. Here is what I am dealing with.
