White Flakes in Pool

Hello,
I have some scaling or calcium buildup that looks like white flakes or (snow cone shavings) on the ledges and bottom of my pool. I can vacuum up, but it doesn't get it all and it keeps coming back. I know some of my levels are off so not sure if that is part of the cause. Please help!

Those are from the SWCG. Your CSI is way above 0. You need to get the TA down. Target 70 ppm TA and the flakes will go away.
