Which Intermatic timer do I have?

Outdoor plastic box. Timer runs and turns ON the pump, but will not accept OFF dogs. No matter how hard I tighten them, it crunches them off, grinds them and bends them to its will. I'm in the market for replacing all the guts to get the thing working as it should. I have no idea which model I have? No markings or labels that look like a model number, so can I please get some help? I took a photo of the whole box and the timer motor.

Show the wiring at the bottom of the timer.

I think it is a T104M with the 156T4042A Heater Control Switch Kit that can be moved to the new mechanism .

Thanks for the help. Here is the timer with the wiring cover off. Runs and turns on like a champ, but OFF dogs wont turn it off.

Yup, that is a T104M. Move over the heater switch.
