Hi all, yes it's another "Where to aim the jets?" thread.
I've got a kidney shaped pool with only two return jets. I've been doing some trial-and-error with creating a vortex but I always seems to get dead spots
where either the debris doesn't move (ie the far left, the far right, and the stairs) or debris will move towards the skimmer and then AWAY from the skimmer just before it gets close enough to get sucked in. Many a night has been spent staring at the pool, watching a leaf get caught in a jet, slowly inch its way towards the skimmer and then suddenly make a u-turn and then hang out in a dead zone.
Jets are slightly pointed up just to enough to create wrinkles in the water, but no aeration.

Thanks for any advice!
