Where is the return?

In the last pic you shared your spa suction was valve out (off). Is it still?

Well it is now lol because the spa is refilling with water, so yes. Right now it’s in the same position as in the photo lol

Are there any other valves we aren't seeing? Behind something maybe?

These two. But I think those are to the solar heat system?

Doesn't look like you have a valve to stop flow to the IFC. The rest of the valves seem to be in the correct position for pool operation. Take a picture/draw a diagram so that if you ever move the valves and forget where they where you can restore them.
With the fountain "on," do you also feel water coming from the return fitting next to it? There may be a valve hidden in the planter that adjusts that flow.
So very hard to diagnose from 3000 miles, but these are just options that I have seen.

No, there’s no water coming from the return fitting next to the fountain :/ I checked the planter too and nothing. I know it’s hard, thank you so much (everyone) for all the help thus far!

Have any other floor pop-ups come up? My system has 6 zones...the wall returns only come on when the system gets to zone 6...so keep checking yours, might just not have gotten to that zone yet (if yours works similar).

We have 5 floor pop-ups and I've only ever seen two work/pop-up. I may be missing the others? So I will keep an eye on them and the wall returns to see...thank you for that.

Guess what. We finally reached the original pool contractor from 2003, and they actually still had the file! They sent over blueprints this morning, and scheduled someone to come over next week to show us where and what everything is.
