When to change the brushes?

When is it recommended to change the brushes on a robot? I've had mine for a few years now and it doesn't seem to pick up as much as it did when it was new. The impeller is free of debris and overall the robot is still in excellent condition. As noted below I have Dolphin S300I.

Brushes don’t look to be that expensive. Let us know how it works if you try it. You may be the first around here to give it a try.

It’s very common to replace worn brushes and or tracks. It’s a pretty easy DIY job.
