2nd summer for this pool. Bought a new house with a pool that was installed. Last year had some minor issues of replacing sand in filter, new pump, and chlorinator. This year all seems to be ok except for the attached. Every time we vacuum the pool is crystal clear. Within an hour, this shows up in certain parts of the pool. It is a grimy, salt like substance. Has anyone seen this?
