What did I get myself into lol

I lived in a rental with an old pool like this.. We had to paint it every year. The land lord was happy to pay for the water if we were happy to fix it up and use it.. it seemed like an equitable arrangement to us! We were the ones that got to swim in it!


That's what I'm afraid of lol. I don't want to pressure wash it every year. We'll see. Maybe it'll hold up.
 
So, bad news. We definitely have a leak. Judging from the photos before it was cleaned up, it looks like the water line stopped at the return lines guessing that's where the water is leaving. I have a company coming out in a couple of weeks to find the leak(s) but until then we're going to run some temporary piping so we can at least start using it and I don't want it to turn into a frog love pond again.
