What are these plumbing parts?

Hello to All:
This is my first thread posting, and I'm asking for some help identifying the plumbing parts in the image.
I have a spare cover for my Hayward pump and I wish to create the same lid/blowout device that was shown in the thread from three years ago.
The hyperlink to the parts doesn't take me to where I can purchase those parts for the lid.
I'll have no trouble drilling out the hole in the lid and assembling those PVC parts.
I'm so glad I found this forum! It is great!!

The links for the parts are old hyperlinks, and don't connect directly to the parts.
@Catanzaro did create a beautiful thread and I am glad I came across it.
I'm still searching for the parts via Google.

If you have trouble locating the parts, I have e-mails saved from the vendor in my Outlook and can easily locate the receipts, but it appears the part #'s are in the body of the message. Hope this helps.
