What are the terminals bo and HE used for on a Hayward HP21004T Heater?

Are they for automation? Normally they would be labeled P/S, but I'm not sure what else they could be for.

That looks to be an SMX306000016 control board. Not sure if the bo represents Bypass Operation as in some models, but when he returns perhaps @JamesW can help us out unless another heater owner chimes in sooner. Thanks for posting.

That's right, what happened to the usual P/S? I wish Hayward would update their manuals!
