Welcome! If there is no way to have fresh water delivered (the ideal choice), do as much pre-filtering as you can. If you're lucky, you might capture some of the iron before it gets into the pool. But much will probably still pass through, so expect an elevated iron content in the water which will impact your overall chemistry. Also be prepared to use a good sequestrant consistently throughout the season.
I would see if you can get your well water tested before getting too concerned. All too often false assumptions are made, which tend to exaggerate the outcome. Unless you have knowledge of a high iron content, I wouldn’t worry. If you have a pool store nearby, they can test for copper/iron.
