This is the first year after startup in the 15 years my pool has existed that I’ve needed to add calcium to balance its chemistry. Wow, that was a wet winter in Northern California. Not complaining, mind you.

I am complaining, not really, but I wish all that rain you had, could have come over the Sierras and rained here in Southern Nevada, Las Vegas specifically.

Present CH is 125. Don’t know the other numbers. Over the years the CH has been in range, heading to the high end.

Check your fill (tap/well) water CH.
For now, bring your CH into the low part of the range. You can always easily add to bring it up higher if needed.
