Weird issue with Intelliconnect Freeze protection temperature settings

Hi all,
Earlier today, I accessed the Intelliconnect Freeze protection settings to alter the RPMs - when doing so, for some reason, the app reset the start and end temperatures as "NaN"...

I cannot change this back since the "dot" on the slider disappeared :mad: And one can't select the number field to manually change it either...

Anybody seen this before?

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it picks up the settings again from the server or the Intelliconnect.

I guess the only option is to factory reset the intelliconnect but I do not believe we can do this ourselves...
I am going to reach out to Pentair on this but for now, I'll just run a regular program overnight - with these cold temperatures (even in northeast Florida) I don't think it's wise to not have it running overnight!
