Weekly maintenance

Wondering for those of you who own and run a robot cleaner (that climbs the wall) a couple of times a week, do you still brush weekly?

I own a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus which I put in the pool two days a week. I typically run the robot three times per each of the two days. Is it necessary for me to still manually brush?

I leave my dolphin S200 in the pool 24/7. Let it run every day. I haven't brushed in three years since owning the pool. Vinyl pool owner.

Agree with PoolStored for the most part. I do still manually brush a few spots that the robot doesn't get well, but it's probably unique to my pool.

I brush the steps because he doesn't climb the steps and my idiot dog likes to get on the first step with her muddy, dirty feet
So I brush the crud on the steps out into the pool so the robot can get it. Other than that, no I don't brush the pool
