@Texas Splash Thanks for the shout out but my picture was cheating since there was only 6 inches of water in the pool and the liner was only 2 hours old. After 5 years, the liner is a bit more faded. I guess I have made a reputation on TFP whining about my battles with iron stains...

Ah man. Now I feel silly. We see so many pics of pools that look empty I thought yours was the case.

The TFP method really works. My in-laws were visiting and I forgot to take a photo until the last day when it was overcast. I did no additional prep to get the water that clear. It is really nice knowing the water is clean and clear so you can swim at any time.
