Watering Gunite this time of year.

Gunite shot Friday on 59 degree day and left uncovered. Watered 4 times today on a very mild NJ December day with another mild day on tap for tomorrow. Forecast calls for substantial cooling and possibly snow by mid-week. Any thoughts on watering at that point. Thanks!

No. You will probably see the heat thrown off by the gunite curing will melt the snow. The curing process chemically generates heat in the concrete.
