I doubt this is a pump problem...

You need to provide much more details about your pool equipment.

The easiest way to do that would be to post a couple of pictures of your equipment pad.

When was the last time you cleaned your filter?
What is the filter pressure when the pump is running?
Do you have an automation system, or do you manually switch between the pool and Spa mode?

The more info you can give us the better chance of getting a good answer..

I think i figured out the issue. I didn't realize there was a flow switch between pool and spa. It was set 90% in favor of Pool flow. After I moved it between pool and spa the flow was much greater.

I feel stupid. But I didn't really notice or know that switch existed.
