Water streaks in new plaster

Anyone know what this is? Had plaster done about 3 weeks ago and now have water looking streaks on walls. The ph did get high initially but it is good now.

Gray Mottling Plaster Discoloration

Possibly hydration related. Did the gunite weep water before plastering?

Do you have higher ground surrounding the pool?

When did you hit ground water during the dig?

The Gunite never seeped any water before plaster and I don't remember them hitting any ground water.

I've seen this before a few times, one of the last thing someone on the crew does is wipe plaster and film off of tile. They use a wet sponge or rag and if they allow the water to run down plaster this can occur

Can it be fixed?

Would talk to your pool builder and or plastering contractor. If this is what caused it, then they need to fix it
