Water leaking from new gunite pool

Hello Everyone,
We have a new pool being built. Guinite is poured 10 days ago. Last night we had rain and I see dirt stains around pipes put up, I believe there are gaps around these pipes and caused the leak. Is it going to be a problem? Should I be concerned? I have already sent pictures to my pool builder haven' heard yet. Looking for some thoughts and suggestions from fellow pool owners. Attached some pics.

Welcome to TFP.

That is normal for that stage of gunite. The penetrations will be packed with hydraulic cement or plaster before plastering.

Have you been watering the gunite?

Thanks for thr reply, yes I have been watering the pool 2 to 3 times waited first 24 hrs. Builder didn't ask me to water but as a precaution I did.

Seems as if you have done some reading here already if you are watering your new pool!
