Warranty on Hayward pool pump ...

We ordered a new Hayward pool pump last may and it leaked from the get go.im just looking to have Hayward replace with new one since it's been leaking through seals since I stall.

Wondering what Is needed to get replaced under warranty less than a yr old.Faulty from start.
