Want to use the Lil Rebel, not sure if my pump is big enough.

I have an 18 ft round above ground pool. I was looking for a cleaner to use in it. I saw the Lil Rebel.

I am using the standard pump, SFX1000, 0.16 hp, 1000GPH.

I can't find anywhere how big the pump should be for proper useage of the cleaner. Any advise on this one TFP?

Currently it is super slow and barely runs at all with the SFX1000.

Any of these pumps are better then what you have. A 3/4 HP should be plenty. Call inyopools and discuss with them. Above Ground Pool Pumps - INYOPools.com

Yes regulator has been adjusted properly according to manual. With regulator full adjusted to the fastest I only got 10 RPM.
