Hi everyone!
So I am looking for recommendations anyone might have as to a good vinyl pool repair kit to use? It is for a small hole, (about 1/4 inch in diameter) that is located on the bottom of my liner. I just drained the pool completely 2 days ago, and as I was removing the residual water left on the bottom out today, I found the hole.

The vinyl repair kits from Home Depot/lowes are fine & should suffice.
Is this a permanent above ground pool or an intex style temporary pool?

Do you happen to know the name of the brand? Here is a photo of the pool, as I am not sure what you mean by permanent above ground pool. I mean I never take it down if that's what you mean but I don't think that's what you're referring to.IMG_20221212_174654.jpg

That is a temporary/storable pool. (Common manufacturers are - intex, bestway, coleman, & summerwaves )
A permanent above ground pool has walls (steel/aluminum/resin) & a vinyl liner like that of an inground vinyl lined pool.
Permanent above ground/ vinyl lined pools should never be completely drained unless you are replacing the liner.
Temporary pools don’t have this limitation as the liners are more robust (won’t shift/shrink) & they are designed to be taken down & stored. Many people leave them up year round without issue so no worries 😊
Most storable pools come with extra small swatches of the liner material that can be used with the adhesive in one of the above mentioned kits to patch with so it matches & is the same material. If you no longer have that it’s ok - the vinyl that comes in the kit will work too.
Cutting the vinyl patch into a circle can also help keep the edges from rolling up.

The only patch kit that came with the pool is a clear adhesive patch, similar to those that come with inflatables. Wasn't sure if that would be the best choice to use. I thought there might be a patch that's a little more durable than that. Well thank you for your help.
