Ok, so have yo ask. I have a vinyl pool, swg, and a Jandy Pro JE Heater ("Titanium Tube-in-Tube"). Per Jandy manual, I should keep my CH level 175 to 400 ppm. My level is always below 100. Today was between 50-60.

I know you recommend NOT adding CH because of the vinyl liner.

Should I worry about scaling in the heater? Should I bring the CH level up per Jandy?

Should I take up golf? LOL 😆

Is the heater under warranty? Only reason to add calcium is to satisfy the warranty IF you need to use it and must get a water chemistry done for it.

Titanium would not need calcium any way, but Jandy does not take that into account.

Thank you! That is what I thought and what I wanted to hear.

Now if I could just get some advice on my golf problem.

Thanks!
