Purchased Vingili pool vac 3 weeks ago. Worked until last week. Vac vibrates but doesnt move. Exhausted all troubleshooting with pool. Confirmed no holes in hoses. When I pull the vac out of the pool the inside of the vac detaches from the main head. Ring around main head came off. Is it defective or am I doing something wrong? I emailed the company and waiting.

I just stumbled across your post from last Weds. Are you still having the same issue? Received any tips yet? Let us know if you still need help. I don't recall seeing that cleaner before, but perhaps others have.
