I'm sorry, I know this has been asked 100 times, and I think I've read them all, but I still don't know where to start. My pool builder told me to keep my pump at 2500rpm 24/7. I don't have a SWG. I manually chlorinate with liquid chlorine. My signature says I have a Frog but I don't use it anymore. The water still flows through it, but the Frog is empty. I'll remove it and re-plumb at some point. I have a gas heater that requires 25GPM (per the manual). I have an automatic cover that stays closed whenever we're not using the pool. Since it stays closed most of the day, we don't get much surface debris.
I'm kind of a math nerd, and was experimenting finding the GPM flow rate at different RPMs. Sounds like you all don't really bother with these numbers, but I'm attaching what I calculated anyway.

Can you suggest a schedule that I can use as my starting point?
