UV Treatment for Pool Liner above water line?

Is there any product that could be used on a vinyl liner pool in the area above the water line to slow / prevent UV fading? I have considered looking at automotive or marine vinyl conditioners, but I don't know if those would be appropriate in a pool. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I saw this product on two different websites and wondered if anyone has experience with it as well?
