Under strength chlorine

Guess I was wrong. The latest water quality report does show some metals - Cu .22-.37ppm; Pb 0-14.7 ppb; Al .12-.22 ppm. They don't show an analysis for iron, but I would guess there is some present. Are those levels high enough to cause degradation?
