Can you answer if this was the powder only version that you spray water on? or the 3rd generation that you premix with 'Goo'. Failure with the powder spray water generation of product is well documented.

I used the Ultimate Pool Seal, installed it 3 years ago. After 2 years it started to soften up and I should have replaced it then. At the time it also looked expensive for what you got. It took a long time to install, making sure you applied the right amount of water, not too much, not too little. After 3 years, I had to dig it out and replace it all. After reading many reviews on line, I went back to the Original Pool Seal. I applied this product a month ago, so will see how long it lasts. It is similar but doesn't use water, it uses a liquid polymer mixed with power and put in with a supplied squeeze bottle. Then you apply a small amount of gravel over than. It gave the perfect look. The web site isn't much to look at but the product is much better than the original product I tried.
