Turning down the water feature

I had an Omni attachment out on to my bubbler. The guy who installed it has the feature too high for my liking. How can I turn it down? I just want it to work in less speed than it is now on all filter settings.

You will need to adjust the stops inside the actuator, so that it only opens part way instead of full open like in your pic.
