Could someone help me calculate my turnover rate. I have a 10k fiberglass pool with a hayward variable speed and UV light. My pipes are 2 inches.

To be honest, turnover is meaningless.

As it does not appear you have a SaltWater Chlorine Generator, you need to run the pump long enough to distribute the liquid chlorine you add. That typically takes 30 minutes. After that the circulation time is to skim the surface to your satisfaction.

Many factors play in to turnover, you really need a flowmeter installed to calculate it accurately. It's really only a concern in a commercial pool.
As Marty said it's a meaningless term. Depending on what needs to be achieved is how long you run the pump. If you were calculating SWCG then poolmath will give options on run time/% to meet a specific FC or close to it. For liquid chlorine, half hour would be enough. All the above is regarding sanitizing the pool water. After that it's merely preference of how much skimming and filtering you want.
