Trying to maintain my pool after dissapointment from the poolman...

Hi all,

My name is Oren and I'm from Israel.

I have an in 19,000 Gallon ground pool which is 3 years old. Pool is equipped with an Autopilot Digital Nano chlorinator (Salt).
Recently decided to take over pool maintenance after two severe Algae incidents and some Q&A (mostly Q) with my pool man after which I understood that he does not have any idea what he is doing...
