Trying to figure out GPM for spa jets

I have 4 jets in my small spa connected to my pool. They seem to be Pentair Mixing Nozzles that are screwed in my spa ports.
Would anyone know what the GPM for these jets are? Are there better replacements to use?
Pentair Venturi Jet Extension, Diversion Gun Vent Jet Mix Nozzle, White, 46543000

So using this chart I have a 5 jets with 5/16 inch nozzles
My GPM should be about 12GPM. So I should run my pump at 48GPM?

Run your pump at whatever RPM gives you the jet pressure you enjoy.
